Today, I amended my claim against Era Publications as per the Magistrate's orders of 28 June 2012.

Era Publications Terminates Publishing Agreements and Claims Damages

Era Publications terminated 11 of my publishing agreements in April 2011. Two days ago, Era Publications apparently terminated the remaining 4 publishing agreements with me.
Era Publications keeps accusing me of repudiating the agreements and, at the same time, reserves its rights to damages.

I've been in arbitration with publisher Era Publications since December 2009. My claim included the under-payment and non-payment of royalties, and the attribution of my authorship and copyright to third parties.
