I've enjoyed so many wonderful experiences as an author: having my first book published in the US and in Italy, doing a keynote speech for the American Library Association, and even having dinner with Titanic's movie producer, James Cameron.
My first book is Alive on the Andrea Doria! The greatest sea rescue in history, a nonfiction account of the Andrea Doria- Stockholm collision in 1956. My autobiography is included as I was immigrating to America with my grandparents during the fateful voyage
I'm excited to meet with new opportunities as I promote my new novel, I Was Shipwrecked on the Andrea Doria! The Titanic of the 1950s.
