My wife and I honeymooned on a bike ride around the Golden Triangle and then drove to Vancouver Island. The beautiful countryside in which you live should inspire some beautiful narrative and scene setting. Good luck on Backless etc. and future projects.
Gail, I noticed that your book is historical and that you belong to "Mystery and Thrillers" group. A quick scan didn't tell me what your book is about. I assume it is the Backless etc. My novel Murder in the Rockies is a murder mystery set in Denver in the 1890s, to be launched in Oct, paperback in Nov. Anyway, I thought it might be interesting and fun to compare historical mysteries. Gary (aka G. Eldon Smith)
Your book sounds interesting. I love historical fiction. Where in history does your book take place?
The book I’m writing is a collection of short stories that’s tied together into a main storyline, so a few different genres are covered. I do often read a lot for the stories I write. The last two days I’ve read a few books on Post-Civil War Sioux Indian culture to give me a better perspective on the chapter I’m currently working on…Best of luck to you with your novel!
I like your photo with the green grass and blue sky behind you. We have some similar interests, so I'm friending you... you can check out my page if you like. Best. Holly

Nice to meet you as well. I'm working on a few things. A fiction book is taking most of my time right now. How about you?
