I finally finished about 90 percent of my bookshelf, including rereads, and now I'm wondering what I should read next. Any recs? I'm pretty much open to anything.
Thanks!

Try Robyn Opie Parnell's - "Maya and the Crystal Skull". I found this book to be a good read.

Permalink Reply by Tom Flood on August 8, 2012 at 7:58pm There's a lotta books out there, Tod. Are you limiting it to kidslit & YA? If so, this lot, being UK, might give you a few different recs. http://www.lovereading4kids.co.uk/
Alternately you can work your way through the kidslit awards lists for different English-speaking nations - and don't forget the Indys.
Permalink Reply by Mari Adkins on October 20, 2012 at 11:09pm I just finished the third in Jon Maberry's Rot & Ruin books - life after the zombie apocalypse for teenagers. I'm also a huge fan of Jon's Joe Ledger series for adults.
I'm reading The Hunger Games. I saw the movie, but I like the book better as it explains more. Another good young adult series, is The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flammel by Michael Scott. The first book if The Alchemyst and the 6th book, The Enchantress, just came out.
Permalink Reply by Mari Adkins on December 5, 2012 at 1:40pm I'm reading Flowers for Algernon.
