Netgalley
Has anyone in this group put up their prelease (fiction) on Netgalley? If so, have you had any success (increased buzz, more reviews) with it? How long before publication did you list with them? I'm just trying to determine if the fee is worth the listing.

I don't really see the point of this service. Why can't you just send potential reviewers a PDF?
